Working from home sometimes presents the problem of needing a document from the office that you don't have on your personal computer. Using this kind of software would allow you to access and work with that document over the internet. Being able to do this can save time and money for both the company and their employees.
This can also be a problem when visiting other people, and you would like to share a picture or some other document on your computer. With this type of software installed on your home computer, you can access these files from anyone's computer no matter where you happen to be.

Remote pc software has been used for decades by universities and government agencies, but now that it is becoming available to the public its use is sure to grow. It can make many of the things you do ever day simpler, and may even save some money at the same time.
